Yearbook 2011-2012

The design of the Yearbook 2012 has begun. You will find below various information.

General Information

To be included in the edition 2011-2012 of the yearbook, just follow the following steps:

For associations: send an email to yearbook@epfl.ch specifying the name of the entity and the contact person.
For classes: give the photos to your delegates so they can put them on the gallery (contact us if something goes wrong)
You can add until March 9 2012 the photos (with any comments) into the gallery.
Associations and other entities wishing to do their own layout have to ask for it in advance.

Send photos of good quality (by no means recovered from facebook)
Send pictures in sufficient quantity (not less than 15 photos to a double-page)
The photo club can take your class photos, committee, etc., from now. It will not accept to take 15 photos of classes the week before the deadline, ;-)

To be able to add photos, please login using the provided username and password.
Select the photo album of your class/association and clic on the tab ajouter des photos.
Take advantage of the EPFL broadband connection to upload your photos into the gallery.

The necessary information for making your own layout will be available in the middle of February.
